Booking & Cancellation Policy
To honor our providers’ and clients’ time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit toward a future appointment. No-shows will be charged a $75 fee.
Late Policy
As a courtesy to all of our clients, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to guarantee your full appointment. Please call us as soon as possible if you’re running behind. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Medical Spa Policies
For the comfort and safety of all clients, guests, and children are not permitted in treatment rooms. All clients must be 18 or older and provide an accurate medical history prior to receiving any treatment. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
HIPAA & Patient Privacy
Jenelle’s MedSpa is fully committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your medical records, treatment details, photographs, and personal health information are kept strictly confidential. We will never share, sell, or disclose your information without your written authorization, except as required by law. Only authorized personnel directly involved in your care may access your records.
Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final. Services rendered and prepaid packages are non-refundable.
